im watching war of the worlds for the second time. some how its even more epic and my heart won’t stop racing. 

i am at 1:16:47 and it hit me. his voice when he demanding that the creepy basement guy stop talking to his daughter, the way he stops and listens for what no one else notices, and whispers, “do you hear that?” then desperately yells, when the creepy basement guy wont stop ranting, “will you listen!” as the alien probey thing descends into the basement right behind them. the way he freezes his face in the emotion he is feeling during the camera close up shots. damn, even his hair and eyes are so anime main charactery…

-___- man its really hard to explain… if i had to pick the anime main character he resembles the most in looks and personality (at least in the movie) i would say he is just like Rock from Black Lagoon, less preachy though, but the same in every other way.

just watch the movie, and watch Black Lagoon too. and if youre an observant anime watcher, like myself,  you should see it.
